Really great podcast, Karel and Marie-Josee! I found it extremely valuable. I love how everything is backed up with scientific research… really interesting. Anyways, I should be getting to sleep soon

I really liked this podcast, I had no idea how different foods can actually impact your performance, I Will modify some of my eating habits from now on. I hope you bring back Marie-Josee to your program in the future. Thanks for the advice
